Submit a correction
Send the page address, the exact sentence or table cell, the proposed correction, a primary source and the date you accessed it. Explain whether the issue affects a particular postcode, customer type, package, device or rights period. This prevents a narrow exception being presented as a universal fact.
How we prioritise reports
Safety, legality, current price, cancellation and accessibility errors are reviewed first. A broken official link or incompatible device claim comes next. Style preferences and unsupported promotional claims do not override documented evidence.
What does not change the review date
Typographic fixes, spacing, code formatting and wording that does not alter meaning are maintenance, not a substantive review. We do not automatically change every date each January or after a deployment.
Historical accuracy
A price or product detail may have been correct when checked and later change. Where useful, we retain the previous checked date and describe the replacement instead of implying the earlier page was fabricated. Current TellyProof product and price links always lead to the internal checkout; factual source links in guides are evidence, not purchase handoffs.
